For more than three decades, real experience has shaped the way we design, plan, and deliver projects that stand the test of time.
120 Group began with a small group who shared a clear belief. Building should be honest, respectful, and grounded in real collaboration. The early days were simple. Four founders working in a modest garage space with more ambition than resources, guided by a desire to create a building group that people could trust without hesitation.
The name came before the branding, The shapes represent structure, unity, and balance. The number 120 reflected the combined age of the founding team at the moment the company was formed. It was a reminder that skill, experience, and shared values matter more than scale.
